About Me
I'm a content designer with 8+ years of experience building the systems that make complex content work at scale: governance frameworks, terminology standards, and taxonomies that outlast any single project or screen.
I graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in English Literature and started my career in e-commerce copywriting. During this time, I kept finding myself pulled toward the structural side of my work — I loved the puzzle-y process of identifying and building the patterns and standards that made content consistent and scalable. That instinct led me to a UX design bootcamp in 2022 and, since then, a career designing content systems in highly regulated industries. For the past several years, I've worked as a UX writer in healthcare, where I own content governance and terminology standards for an enterprise digital health knowledge base, lead content strategy across a member-facing platform, and help guide my organization's adoption of generative AI for content production.
My background also spans content modeling, chatbot conversation design, brand voice and governance, user research, and accessibility audits — always with an eye toward building frameworks and resources that are consistent and reusable.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, cooking, and open water swimming.
